About me
I'm a qualified NLP Coach
I graduated in 2003 with a BA Honours in Marketing and spent the next 20 plus years working in Marketing Management roles across a variety of industries. In 2015 I started working for a Business Coach where I had my own coach as part of my own professional development. This is where I was introduced to NLP (Neuro Linguistic Programming).
This became transformational for me, when I realised that many of the old programs of thinking, that I was running through self-limiting beliefs, could be changed and reprogrammed using a range of different techniques. Now I had a hunger to learn more, to see how I could help others also make the required changes they need in life if they are feeling stuck.
An NLP Master Practitioner
With a natural passion for helping people and a strong desire for learning more, this then lead me on to me completing the NLP Diploma, which followed on to the NLP Practitioner qualification and then onto the NLP Master practitioner qualification.
Each step of the journey has presented me with so much personal self-discovery that through lived experience I can pass onto others no matter what their struggle or pain point is, the NLP Framework can be adapted to fit.

How I work
I work with Individuals, Business Leaders, and Teams in either a 121 or workshop capacity to help educate them on self-awareness as a starting point to enable them to effectively communicate within their organisation.
As all change work is unique to the individual, all 121 work requires a minimum of 4 sessions to discover the baseline of what is required to make the relevant change.
Workshops are bespoke and designed around the organisation's ‘pain-point’ or the overall goal for the employees.
